Edutams Announces N25m Grant for Tech Startups in Ogun State to Drive Innovation in Education
Edutams, a school management solution provider, has announced a N25m grant to tech startups interested in building innovative solutions across Ogun State. The founder and CEO, Ademola Adenubi, stated that the grant aims to drive digital transformation in education and support homegrown innovations in the Nigerian education system.
The newly unveiled cloud-based school management software company, Edutams iHub, located in Ijebu Ode, will serve as an innovation center for young people to develop technological solutions for educational challenges. Adenubi emphasized the importance of collaboration with government agencies and local stakeholders to digitalize the education system effectively.
With only 10% of Nigeria’s schools utilizing technology for education services, Edutams is committed to supporting startups and fostering innovation in education. Adenubi highlighted the availability of incubation facilities at Edutams iHub for at least five startups, in addition to the grant funding.
