WCIT 2024/DigiTec: Yerevan to Host World Congress on Innovation and Technology

YEREVAN – Yerevan is set to host the World Congress on Innovation and Technology (WCIT) 2024 from October 04-07, 2024, as announced by the Union of Advanced Technology Enterprises of Armenia (UATE). The theme for this year’s congress is “THE POWER OF MIND: AI Beyond Limits, Within Ethics,” focusing on the potential of artificial intelligence and its ethical implications.

The event, known as WCIT 2024/DigiTec, will feature a comprehensive program including high-level Congress sessions, B2B meetings, innovation showcases, workshops, and more. It aims to serve as a global platform to amplify the impact of information technologies, emphasizing the importance of applied sciences and investments across diverse regions and economies.

Armenia, known for its growing tech sector and as a hub for global technology companies, is honored to host the WCIT 2024/DigiTec. The event will highlight Armenia’s technological capacity and showcase its potential for collaboration with international partners in academic research projects and business development.
